  Introducing Andover, the making of a luxury villa. The property is located along Jamaica’s undiscovered Southwest coast and is adjacent to Rivendell, the first phase of the Levy family vacation retreat.  At completion, up to nine ocean front lots will hold 20,000+ square feet of living space and a long list of amenities. The site provides direct access to the Caribbean Sea with a private beach and dock for swimming, kayaking, jet skiing, sailing and snorkeling. The area is surrounded by coral reef, making the water crystal clear with hues of blue and turquoise in all directions.  When complete, Andover will consist of up to 10,000 square feet of living space, private beach and dock, secured gated access, sea's edge infinity pool, jacuzzi, numerous outdoor living spaces with expansive views of the sea, outdoor dining and beach bar, formal gardens, fruit tree groves, jerk hut, gym, living space for on-site staff, and helicopter landing space and tennis available at Rivendell.
